WebI know our EAS endec at the radio station I work for has CAP/IPAWS server that it can pull alerts from. I'm not sure if local weather alerts are in there or not. We normally get those via a weather radio connected to the endec which stays in full time monitor mode. The endec parses out the alerts and airs if needed.
