WebThe Luscombe I flew to get my tail wheel endorsement in had heel brakes. That was a pain in the dick. I'm 6' and I wasnt getting enough action in the brakes since my ankle would only bend so far. Plus, the short wheel base on the Luscombe was rather sporty. I'm not sure how different the wheel bases are between the two tho.
