Over 30 years later, we have now grown to distribute butter, cheese, bacon and other food items to the greater Hudson Valley area. WebToday, the historic grounds continue as a working farm and is home to numerous livestock including cows, sheep, chickens, turkeys and pigs. The property is open to the public daily, however the barn is open only during Open Barn hours. The farm was added to the National Register of Historic places in 1980.
